KREITZER SANITATION

I signed up for garbage collection service with Kreitzer Sanitation a little over a year ago. For the past 3 months I have been disappointed and up to my ears with their "garbage". They have been skipping my house. At first I called and they sent someone out the next day and all was ok. Now 3 weeks ago they didn't come again and again a call was made I was told the same thing, "we'll send someone out right away." No one came. Called again on Monday and was told someone would definitely be here for the Friday pickup. I said there would be twice as much since no one came on Friday and was told it would be fine. I was home when they arrived. I watched out the kitchen window as the truck came to a stop at the garbage cans. I almost walked away, happy that they came. Until I heard the man yell out "H*** No". I watched him empty one and then get back into the truck and drive away. I called and asked what the problem is. I was told that maybe his truck was to full to take the extra (I am paying for 2 cans and 4 bags per week) I said I told her there would be extra and was told it wasn't a problem. She said not to worry and someone would be back for the rest. I waited till Tuesday and called again, was told the same story again that someone would be out to pick it all up on Friday. Again, no one came. Here I am on a Monday calling and getting no answer to why no one is coming out and what I am supposed to do with 2 and a half weeks worth or garbage. I would never hire them again.
