Great. Ed came when he said he would and called before arriving. He diagnosed and fixed problem on same visit quickly and discussed age of appliance and other work he can do and I will definitely call him again if other problems arise with my appliances. Price fair and reasonable.

Mr. Tabbit called a wee after 10 am. Made an appt. for 1 pm. He called before he came. He was on time, very professional.
Mr Tabbit came in, checked the current and found it wasn't working. So, I checked the circuit breaker and flipped the switch. That was all it needed. He didn't ask to be paid for coming out, I just paid him for the house call.

Our gas dryer stopped heating, so we called Tabbit's to see if they could help. We called them this morning, 5/8/2015 and they told us someone would be out today after 1:00 PM. The person arrived when they said he would, figured out what the problem was, replaced the broken part, and was out the door in about 45 minutes. Truly impressed! Will be glad to tell all our friends and family about Tabbit's if they ever need an appliance repaired.

It went very well. He didn't complain and went right to work on what the problem was. Solved the problem by leveling the washer. No problems since.

I called Tabbits to troubleshoot and repair an older model gas stove.
I described the problem over the phone to them and they came out to troubleshoot, I believe it was about $80 for the service call.
The tech showed up on time and took a couple of hours to troubleshoot. He answered questions I asked and offered a solution by ordering the part. He did not pressure me but was responsive to what I requested. He gave me a time frame for the part to arrive in, a couple days, which it did and scheduled a time to come back and install the part. Overall I was satisfied with their service and they did what I would expect from a repair service. I felt they were reasonable and knowledgeable. The total was about $200 so it may not be worth that to fix every stove compared to buying a new one but because I required a special size for my location, it made sense for my need. I added them to my list of companies I will use again. I appreciated Tabbits service as well because I had a previous repair company basically turn me down when I requested service and described the problem over the phone. The other company told me it would not be cost effective and I shouldn't waste my money to have their tech look at it but instead should just go buy a new one, they wouldn't even send the tech out.

They are wonderful. They have been in business for many years. They are very reliable. When they tell you they are coming, they are coming. The man who comes here is very courteous.

They were great. The guy knew what he was doing and he filled me in on the history of that unit. He was able to get the manufacturer to cover it as a warranty even though the period was over.
