My big reason for a low rating - I was never told that it was not a free estimate. I was charged $65 for the person to see the work that I needed. I did not receive a quote, no work was done, nothing beneficial but getting out of the truck and making a recommendation for $65. Of course, it would be used to pay for a larger job they could do within a certain time frame. Ridiculous business practices. In addition, I was told that it would be best to replace the entire side with siding. Note that this was the repair person who suggested a replacement. I also could not give me a quote. I had to make another appointment for that. I had a coupon for $249 minor repair special and he said I could use that coupon to pay for the repair of a strip of siding. Since the last strip that was missing cost me $10 to repair, this price seemed outrageous. Note the repair person was professional, the business was not.
