Title Companies
The client pays for title insurance and it varies depending on the price of the property but they are honest and they do a good job.

I had purchased a property in Laredo, TX, but I live here in PA. All the paper work had been done by a title company in Texas, but I needed someone here that could just watch me sign the documents (and make sure I understood what I was signing). This is known as a courtesy closing. I called a dozen or so title companies in the area and they all turned me down. Maple Settlement services were the only ones willing to do that for me. I have attended dozens of closings and they were very professional and quick with the turnaround of the paperwork. I would most certainly use them again.

Their pricing is reasonable. They are honest, knowledgeable and very polite. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
