did a fine job. Very helpful, flexible, responsive. worked with us every step of the way to make sure we got what we wanted and within our budget.

Actually i would give them A+ ALL AROUND ! They did Excellent Work [no problems with anything] ! The orignal job went great [thru my insurance claim] but when i tried to contact them again thru Angies for another smaller job it was very hard getting thru to them. For a while i thought they may be out of business but Angies said they still have them listed. They didn't return my calls. When i finally did get thru to them he said he was away and was told to call him back on Sunday. I did many,many Sundays ago. No return phone calls. It's like they just dissapered off the face of the earth. As i stated above i was very pleased with there work. I have no idea what happened to them. It would have been nice if they called me back at least once. Maybe the job was to small for them but they could have told me if this was why. I had to get someone else to do the job. I really hate to give them a bad rating but it's not for there work. It's for when i tried to get them for a second smaller job !

He did a wonderful job, I was very happy.  He said, the drywall guy will come, then the painter will come, then the guy's going to have to do the hardwood floors, like he had somebody specific for every job, and they did a wonderful job. They did a wonderful job, very professional.

Issac and his team completely redid our office and powder room area after water damaged the space. He worked seamlessly with the insurance company, listened to my needs and design ideas and accommodated every request. He was a joy to work with and the spaces look absolutely beautiful. I will go to BSD designs for all of my future remodel needs!

Isaac was very courteous throughout the whole experience. It was a pleasure working with him. He was willing to work with us and adjust the work the way we wanted him to. We took our time picking the right paint for the bathroom and asked them to move the sinks to paint behind them. His crew did a good job with the paint and fixing up the ceiling.

The work was performed very professionally. Most importantly, attention to minimizing dust and debris throughout our home  was most impressive. Upon completion there was no evidence of any prior damage.

It started off OK, but then they backed out of doing the work for us at the last minute claiming no availability for the next couple of months.  Unfortunately this was after coordinating with them for weeks to get the work setup and never once hearing about a conflict with other jobs.  Not good to have the rug pulled out from you at the last minute.

Excellent work! The two installers were extremely polite and thorough. The work was nothing short of excellent! They paid close attention to detail. Upon final review of the work, I can find nothing wrong. I recommend them without hesitation.

I got the name of BSD Designs after asking Royal Water Damage for a name. Called a number of companies. Some would not come to do an estimate. One local one put me off for a week. Isaac from BSD Designs responded quickly, gave me a through estimate and worked with my insurance company. They showed up on time and finished the job one day ahead of schedule.
Sergey, who was the major installer of the wood laminate we chose, paid great attention to detail and did a beautiful job. We were very pleased with the work.

The work was sensational. Everything was done on time is promised. They cleaned up every night.
