It went wonderfully! Tammy arrived on time; did a great job and was super to work with. Irene is so responsive and I appreciated the follow up call to check the service. I also had to reschedule my next cleaning and she was able to accommodate the request quickly. If I could give her an A+ on responsive I would. This was a first cleaning and I am hiring them to come in every other week.

It was okay but I thought they were a little bit over priced. They didn't accept credit card I had to leave them a cheque and that was inconvenient for me. I wouldn't use them again because I didn't find them convenient for my billing purposes.

"We are in complete agreement that our job is to simplify our clients lives. Although we have never accepted credit cards, we have actually had fewer than a dozen requests for that option in the past 28 years. We do try to be flexible with our payment options. Many of our clients have been using on-line banking which is so convenient on so many levels. Regrettably, we must not have mentioned this to this particular client. I will certainly be more vigilant when speaking with new clients."

The previous cleaning services I had have either thrown out important things or hid everything. When Tammy first started cleaning, I was a little nervous because of this experience. However, I came home to a clean house and I was able to find things! I am extremely happy with this service!

"We had no idea that this client had any issues with her house cleaning. I always call each new client after we've been to their home for the first time. That is our chance to iron out any kinks or to get positive feedback. My calls were not returned. Since she needed our service only because she was having unexpected company, I assumed she had no reason to call me back. We are justifiably very proud of our staff, none of whom have worked with us for less than 6 years of our 28 years in business. We are fully insured for breakage and guarantee our work. Thus, a partial refund as well as an apology is in the mail."

After moving to a new county due to my husband's job transfer, I fell on the ice and broke my hip and needed help cleaning my home. After checking Angie's list and reading the reviews, I called and spoke with the owner Irene and she was able to put me in the schedule that week and get me started on a two week schedule. Michelle came out and was wonderful and put up with me talking her ear off while she worked on my downstairs (this because I was stuck inside the house and I only knew a few people in the area due to the recent move). The job was done perfectly. When my husband came home he did a thorough check of the whole house and he was even impressed stating she folded the toilet paper like they do in hotels and she even cleaned the stove top along with the kitchen counters and sick. It was great to have someone around to talk to and who did such a great job cleaning up my home. Also, if you want something extra done, like a full spring cleaning of windows and such just call ahead and you will get what you asked for. They use all their own cleaning supplies also which saves money on not having to buy all those products. If you are looking for someone to clean your home, give them a call you will not be disappointed.

I am deeply grateful because I had four free cleanings provided to me by Bright Touch under the auspices of Cleaning For A Reason. This is a service to women in treatment for cancer. Irene, the owner, was most kind and extremely ethical and Michelle worked hard to tidy up my home. The reason I gave "price" an N/A is because I never compared them price-wise to other local cleaning services!!! That is really unlike me, but for now, am hoping to continue with such a great service, monthly.

Michelle did an excellent job. What I liked most is that there was a form left for me when I got home so I knew what all was cleaned since she had a check list, plus she brought all supplies except for trash bags which I knew up front I needed to leave out if I wanted trash emptied. It was nice to come home from a 9 hour work day to a clean house. She used my vacuum cleaner at my request. Nothing was out of place and everything was put back to it's original spot after cleaning. Irene, the owner, was very responsive to my calls and answered all of my questions, and then followed up with a phone call the day after cleaning to make sure everything was to my liking. I already have this service scheduled on a regular basis every two weeks.

Irene came out right away to give me an estimate and I felt it was a good price. Irene always calls if there is any change and she's very helpful if I need to change the cleaning day. Requests for special attention are handled easily by a comment form left for the cleaner. Everyone is very professional, on time and friendly.

I think that I found them through Angie's List. I liked that they were always there when they said that they would be. I didn't like that some of the things were not cleaned underneath properly. They did a good job but there were some areas that they didn't look at. I thought that they were kind of expensive. I wasn't actually there when they did the work.

They are very reliable and I always get a phone call a couple of days before letting me know what day and what hour the team is coming in. Tammy does the work and she is professional, sociable, and good with my dog. If I ever forget to leave a check, she just leaves a self-addressed envelope so I can mail in the check when I get back.

Started using their services last monrh, and so far, I'm pleased with the overall service. Irene called me after their 1st service to ask if I have any feedback. The individual that does my house appears trustworthy, and I feel safe giving her my keys to access the home. The quality of cleaning is good, overall. They are willing to pay special attention to specific rooms or cleaning requests, if you ask them to. They also leave written messages after their done, asking if I have additional requests for their next visit. I'll need to experience the service for 6 months, before I can form a final opinion. But so far, so good.

"This is a rather unfair review. As is our policy I contacted the Member the day following her cleaning. When she expressed her concerns, I immediately offered to send someone back to address them. She said that it wasn't necessary. We certainly wash floors but are reluctant to use water on hardwood. This was discussed when our cleaner was on-site & the Member declined the offer to wash her hardwood floor. During our conversation, she agreed that this is what happened. The floor was vacuumed & cleaned with a treated dust mop which takes the dirt & dust away but doesn't affect the finish of the floor. Unfortunately, we employ only women and they are instructed not to move furniture if they meet any resistance in trying to move it. The Member was contacted the day before her cleaning to let her know that we had to change her time slot by 1 hour. She seemed to appreciate being informed in advance so I don't understand her rating in even that category We at Bright Touch pride ourselves on our professionalism & I believe that this member was treated very fairly. I apologized for any oversights, such as the top of the refrigerator & I sincerely wish that she would have let us rectify the problem."

Aptly named. The woman who came to my house was very sweet and made my apartment look beautiful. I was very embarrassed by how messy it was, but she reassured me it was no big deal and efficiently cleaned my home to my liking. Have to note that if there are special instructions on getting to where you live (like how to find your apartment in a sea of other apartments) give the person over the phone instructions when you schedule the appointment.
