The property is a bit difficult to find and access.
They said they would get to the site at 4:30. and call me. They were there on the dot, did the required pumping, and then suggested adding an access pipe and cover so they would not have to excavate to get to the tank.
I know this is not an exciting process, but they were very professional, did the work on time and for a reasonable price.
