Called the day before to ask if I could get an alignment , fit me in at 830 next morning, Done in about 45 mins. Thanks Guys top notch

I dropped my car off thinking it would be only half hour for oil change. I left to go run a few errands. Of course I left my phone number for them to call when they were done. I called them an hour and a half later. My car was still not done. I was very angry. Two and a half hours later I went to get my car done or not. Then I was told that it was done two hours before that. Which upset me even more. Then they charged me $42.00. and said that was the full service charge. Well all I ask for was an oil change I can top off my other fluids myself.
