I won’t even let this scum bag finish the work. Every time I met with him he smelled like booze. I let it slide though because we all have our demons. He was nearly impossible to get in touch with. We were given the excuse of a new phone multiple times in just months. Then when our rebuild after the house fire came to a halt waiting on power to be run I find out we had to do right of way paperwork he had with the power company for over a month. Finally we told him it is happening now and we’re tired of him holding us up. He comes over and my wife catches him drinking. She told him he better leave immediately because I was on my way home. Finally I called my contractor and said he isn’t even allowed back on my property. Avoid this drunk liar at all costs.
