Awesome from start to final details

I was referred to KPK Contracting by another contractor that I had perform an estimate on the job. The prior contractor was not very responsive and for the most part left me high and dry so when they referred KPK Contracting I was very skeptical to say the least. At any rate, I contacted Kevin who informed me that while I was out of his typical working area he wanted to come out and look at the job given that he was recommended. Throughout the multiple conversations I had with Kevin he continued to say all of the things that a homeowner would look for in a contractor. He was also extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. The job came out beautiful and exactly as I envisioned. I would definitely recommend KPK Contracting going forward.

It went well and came out really nice.  Only took two days.  Everything was done while I was at work.  Came home to a nice new deck and nothing to clean up.  Kevin was very professional.  Came on time when we scheduled the estimate and also when he said he would start the job.

Kevin was extremely professional and great to work with. He always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work.
Before even starting, he made multiple trips to our home to ensure we had a proper color match on our flooring.
Kevin and his crew were always on-time and went to great lengths to keep our home livable while the work was going on. Every day, before leaving, Kevin would set the bedroom up so we had a place to sleep when we got home. A lesser contractor probably would have just left the bed leaning against the wall.
The work was exactly what we wanted. The craftsmanship is high quality and Kevin's attention to detail really shows in the job.
We've had a number of jobs completed in our house. We would definitely recommend Kevin and will use him in the future if we have additional work.

Had lots of water damage from a water heater leak. Kevin and his guys (another Kevin and James) replaced all damaged drywall (approx. 1 foot from floor), bead board. and baseboard. They also replaced damaged baseboards and trim. Everything was taped and spackled. They replaced all damaged trim on bead board and around bathroom door. Doors to the heater/water tank area were damaged and due to the smaller size of the doors, Kevin came up with a wonderful solution. He altered wooden bi-fold doors in that he removed upper section and added decorative screening to allow lots of air flow for heater.
Kevin and guys showed up early every day and worked very hard. They were professional and cleaned up area daily. Kevin and his guys deserve their A rating.

I called KPK Contracting because of the quality of work they had previously done for me. Things I thought would take major renovations, Kevin found a better and more economical way to do the repairs. He and his crew showed up early in the a.m. and worked through the day. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of work they accomplished each day. And you would never know they had been there - each area was cleaned-up at the end of every day. If you are looking for reliable and quality workmanship, KPK Contracting should be at the top of your list.
