"I did talk to mrs [member name removed],and told her the reason I could not service her lawn is because we are booked up on lawns,we have no room even for the guy down the street.I can't take on a lawn when I know we can't give it the service it deserves.I thought it was nice that I tried to help her find someone.Its really not fair to write a review like that and damage a reputation when I even tried to help her.We are not taking as many lawns this year we are gearing towards other work areas ,that is a company decision,just because we advertise a certain thing doesn't mean our schedule isn't full.I'm sorry we couldn't help you,but other people might not of gone out of their way for you?"

"I'm not surprised to see this customer on here ,we did drop the ball,at some point during this estimate.We were extremely busy at that time and the original estimate was for 150.00 ,only for weeding. The customer did call back for pictures and additional work to be done and held off on getting the weeding done at that time , until they received the additional work on the estimate. We were extremely busy (I'm not excusing it)I did appoligise. and when they were back from vacation and we did address it , The estimate in sept was still 150.00 for the weeding. We trimmed the hedges front and side for 175.00.,(which is not mentioned in his review .) We mulched the front bed ,where the river rock was picked up and weeded under,for 150.00 . We also removed saplings on the side manuel edged and mulched for 95.00. I was personally on the job and removed the river rock and weeded and mulched the area. So as you can see I did not charge 579.00, for the same job of weeding that was given in July. I wish if he was that unhappy with the work he would have said so. But his wife came out and said it looked great and we were not aware of the issue. We did try to accept the fact that we may have dropped the ball ,This customer defiantly had the right to be a little upset, I do understand.But we did talk about it and everything seemed to be ok. If a customer is going to review something at least tell the truth. and have all the details and prices right. Instead of making it look like I charged 579.00 for the same exact job I quoted 150.00 2 months prior. I would never do that. Thank you for the review and again so sorry ."

"Dear [members name], I was surprised and shocked to see a negative comment on here from your son,The only time I spoke with him was for him to pay your past due bill which was 240.00 for several different storms,and i told him he was a good son.The snow he is referring to was left by the other snow removal contractors you hired,which we showed up to do your job 3 times for snow and it was already done.we have many customers to get to and Im sorry it wasn't as fast as you expected.The comment about being too icy,is not true,you called and canceled us. It had snowed and you said to wait until after the ice storm,and i told you it would be too heavy to move after the ice storm it was 10 inches already and a heavy and wet snow already.you hired someone else push it up onto your garage.not our company Im not sure you informed your son of the correct time of events WE really did try to accommodate you, I'm sorry you were not happy. I have never had a negative comment in all my years,and we strive for customer satisfaction.Please advise your son of the other contractors and kids on the block you hired besides our company,and it was not us who left the house in that condition ,I take pride in my work and again I guess a misunderstanding Thank you joe jansen"
