I dealt mostly with Mike, but everyone I spoke to or emailed was friendly and helpful. I caught Mike while he was cutting a neighbor's lawn and he gave me a reasonable estimate on the spot. When I called him a month later to start service, he remembered the estimate agreement and stuck to it. They showed up when they were supposed to, worked quickly and did a good job. They also did a good job with the snow removal (there were a couple of inches of snow and ice on the ground) and needed no prompting to get the job done quickly, even though they had commercial properties to look after as well. They understood that our town was a stickler for snow removal within 24 hours and they had everything cleared and salted much sooner than I'd expected. We stopped service only because we sold the house. They were very easy to deal with and there were a number of ways to get in touch with them when needed.
