+ -1 moreHe is a friend. His staff did the work. We had a fire last December. He did a fantastic job. He cleaned up the yard. He did a lot of work. A couple of lights have to be hung. He was excellent. He has always been here. He returned our calls whenever we called him. He answered our questions. His price was extremely fair. In fact the prices were on the lower side compared to the estimates we got earlier.
Description of Work: John Delmonte Builders built our house. He started the work in July. He just finished the work. He was here on Monday. We just moved in yesterday.
