They were fine.
It wasn't so much the person selling us the car he was fine it was when we went in to do the which is the last time we gonna do that we gonna finance with our credit union but Their's was the same I guess percentage so we went right there and we work with the finance, but they always try to sell everything else, so the extra this like some kind of contract they want to sell you and I really didn't care for that too much.

I brought my car to Krause Toyota for diagnosis of an engine performance problem. During the diagnosis, the mechanic broke the plastic connector that attaches to the coolant sensor and covertly glued it back onto the coolant sensor. To top it off, they didn't properly diagnose the problem. When I brought the broken connector to the attention of the service department manager, she denied breaking the connector and refused to properly repair the connector. Their general manager was very unprofessionally when I tried to resolve the problem with him over the phone. When he got on the phone, he didn't even have the courtesy to introduce himself and refused to even listen to my complaint. Then, he defied me to file a complaint with the BBB and threatened court action if I stopped payment on my credit card. Then, he rudely hung up the phone without a closing. From the website, I learned his name was Tim Baer. I ended up filing a complaint with Toyota and, after Toyota called Krause, the service manager called me back, admitted that they broke the connector, and rudely refunded the service charge, which was much less than the cost to properly replace the connector and associated wiring harness. While this service was performed in August 2011, I only recently joined Angie's list and thought I should share my experience with the other members. Unfortunately, I see Mr. Baer is still the general manager at Krause.

All requested work was done very professionally. Checked transmission for condition. Ran computer checks with no noted problems. Checked fluid levels and condition. Reset shift memory and road tested where it shifted fine.
We have two (2) Toyotas and use Krause for any work required to maintain the warranty. They do an excellent job.

Called to set up the appointment, which they were very friendly about. I was able to drop off my car after hours with a key drop located on the side of the building. They called and let me know when the car was ready to picked up, as well as gave me advice on when my tires may need to be replaced (an honest answer) in the future. Work was done as requested. Excellent service. I will go here again with my Scion.

I have been dealing with the Krause Service department for many years. My first Sienna was a 2000, and now I have a 2006 model. Their service department is incredible, starting with their service managers, all of which I deem excellent professionals. They oversee the service work being done correctly the first time, and every time. I use Krause because I trust them, and found them to be honest, extremely fair, and truly professional at me every visit. I give them my strongest recommendations.

I had scheduled an appointment with them about a week in advance and they were very good at trying to fit me into their schedule. They did the work and it was at the price stated. Also, earlier in the year I was part of the large Toyota recall (Prius) and they were very accomodating in finding a time when I could get my car there and get the work done. I think they one of the better service departments I have been to over the years.

I dropped off the car the night before - using the key-drop. I was called the next day in mid day, the servicing was completed. The cost was what I had been told prior to the service. The people at Krause have always been courteous and professional. I believe that they do the service which is needed, and do not suggest service which mostly just increases the bill. I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to my friends.
