We've been using them for about three years.   They're prompt and friendly, they do a thorough job, and they're reliable.  We actually don’t have to supervise them at all.

They guy that came out to see us was Pete. He was the owner and operator. I thought he was very nice and very personable. He went outside and kind of outlined the pool. Initially, we probably we were going to go with him. His stuff is more of a vinyl type of pool. His stuff is very kind of a la carte, meaning you would have to buy the fencing separately. he did his own contracting, so he had concrete guys that have been with him for years that would do just the bottom of the pool. A lot of his stuff was all in house where as the other was all subcontract. I thought his pricing was decent. We would have also had to take care of obtaining the permits. If we didn't live on a slope, we probably would have gone with him. After we did the math, the difference was about $8000 between the vinyl and the concrete structure. I would give him 'A' in presentation. I thought his pricing was reasonable in terms of what he gave us. We left him a message and it took him about 4 days to return the call and about a week to come and see us. He is doing everything in house so he is very busy.
