Responded quickly to my request on their WEBSITE. After filling out a short questionnaire, a quote was supplied which included everything up front; no hidden costs. After the work was completed, they offered to return in 60 days to make sure everything was working per expectation. So far everything is running flawlessly. If your looking for an integrator that delivers a professional service, Keystone is your choice.

Everything went very well. Charles first came out and provided us with a free evaluation and quotation. He was on time for his appointment and the quotation was several hundred dollars below another company for the same TV installed. The installation was about 1 week later. They again made an exact time appointment and were a few minutes early. The installers were very polite and careful with our furniture. At the end they cleaned everything up and even vacuumed the floor. The new TV looks great! I had no idea what I was missing with HDTV. We are going to hire them again to upgrade our intercom system.
