Total remodel took approx 8 to 9 months to completion and they were with us every step of the way. Started with demolition , foundation preparations and framing the new structures all the way through sheet rock, mud, sanding and painting the completed rooms. Roof work, electrical, plumbing, concrete, siding and landscaping were outsourced to other companies, but the companies we used came from the recommendation of IAI. They are a great general contractor and their workers are very knowledgeable.

IAI Construction
IAI Construction, was recommended to us by a neighbor. He had to replace the frame and door, and some siding around it. He is really good and all his men are very professional. He can do about anything, he has done other work for us, repaired our siding put new tie backs up, sealed leaks, roofing, drywall, carpentry, worked on some windows, ripped out wall board that had gotten wet and replaced it and made sure there wasn't any mold, and put in new insulation, all cause from a hurricane. We are going to have him do more work for us in the spring. He is a real nice guy, is up front with you, him and his men were prompt, efficient, polite and the work has been done very nicely. No complaints!
