Overall was good. On time. Explained his services well. My only complaint is that it is annoying that Chris waited until services were complete to tell me he didn't except credit cards.

Awesome work and crew. Hired American Carpet Cleaning to clean carpets in a house I was purchasing prior to moving and was impressed with their service. I then hired them again to clean the carpets in my rental I was moving out of and they once again were great. Knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They answered any and all of my questions and let me know what they recommended up front. In total they cleaned 3 bedrooms and an upstairs hallway in one home, then three bedrooms and three full floors of wall-to-wall carpet in another. Great team and will hire them again if the need arises.

Great, Kyle called in advance to confirm his appointment. He was prompt, professional reasonably priced. Carpets look amazing. Most of the stains were removed and brought new life to our carpet

"Sorry you feel that way. 1. Construction debris should be removed prior to our arrival and cleaning. We filled 2 canisters full of debris during the extraction. The rest that you mentioned which was minimal, can be easily vacuumed upon carpet drying and had no affect of the performance or results of the cleaning you were expecting. 2. We made an exception to allow you to use this residential carpet offer to be used on a commercial rental property that was oversized without any additional charges. 3. We removed all stains and refreshed carpets nicely throughout the property with superior steam extraction which was your primary goal. 4. Our appointment time was scheduled for 2pm and we arrived within 5 minutes of our target time. You are entitled to your opinion of course, and were happy to do the work, but I feel that the grade you gave us is not an accurate reflection of what you paid for and the service you received."

Our wall to wall carpet had never been cleaned and was about 10 years old. American Carpet Cleaners came on time., Truly they have some kind of magic powers. When they were done the carpet was so clean and beautiful throughout. Gone were old wine stains, , all the dirt in the heavy traffic areas, and the stairway looked brand new. Amazing. Certainly I will never wait so long to have them back again. They were very affordable.

Chris was very nice and informative, explained what he was going to do and informed me of the spots that were more difficult to remove. Called before his appointment window of 2 hours, which was very convenient. He made suggestions when I am ready to replace the carpets. We also discussed tile and grout cleaning.

Absolutely great experience. The arrived on time and provided a text message alerting me that they were on their way so I could prepare. Took their time, explained everything, and worked to make sure a great job was done. Chris, the owner, was here the whole time. The price was much lower than other companies I checked and I am 100% confident I received better treatment and quality of service than I would have by paying more for another company. Low price doesn't equal low quality with this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris, the owner of the service, called before the service letting us know when he would be there. He arrived as promised. The carpets were cleaned beautifully and efficiently. Furniture was moved before cleaning and put back exactly where it belonged. Chris followed up with a phone call after the work was complete to let me know he was about to leave and confirmed payment arrangements, also as promised. There was a bit of confusion with payment having been made through the Angie's List site, but Chris responded quickly and resolved the issue.

We had followed up on a posted deal on Angie's List. Chris arrived on time. We did a walk-thru. Chris explained exactly what he would do including furniture movement. We were aware that our carpets were somewhat overdue for a professional cleaning. There were a number of spots which needed special attention. The job took about 1.5 hrs. We were very satisfied with the work performed. Chris was very personable, professional and accommodating. We will definitely use his service in the future!

"Work was completed 3/11, not 4/4. The offer includes limited furniture moving. However, we had to move several pieces in the Living room since no preparation for the service was done. Several antique or valuable items will not be moved, unless specifically instructed. Apartment was filled with items. Homeowner had a dog which urinated on furniture edges and several obvious areas of the carpet via visual discoloration. As a professional cleaning person, it is my duty to inform a customer of noticeable smells in order to properly treat issues and solve problems. Also, deodorizing is included in the service, so there was no additional costs to treat odor, not sure why it was an issue, as both of us noticed the odor immediately as door opened without setting foot into apartment. As for the character of my staff, she is a very nice person, hard worker and stereotyping or verbalizing prejudice isn't very nice."
