Wyncote Restoration and Remodeling

Fantastic.  I whole heartedly recommend Pat for whatever type of remodeling/repair needed.  He is a jack of all trades and can handle anything that you request.  His best quality is his strength of character and honesty- which can be so difficult to find when looking for a contractor.

We are extremely happy with the end result. Pat was very patient with me when I asked him to move a wall 10" after he had framed it!,, we really did make many changes throughout the project. All were completed without complaint and at a reasonable cost. The outcome is exactly what we wanted. Thanks Pat :-)

Patrick worked quickly and efficiently and squeezed our job into his already packed schedule. He provided a fast cost estimate and remained true to it.  He had completed the entire job in just over 2 hours, which was faster than we had expected. When I called the owner came out within a few hours to do the installation.  He was on time and did the job quickly and neatly.  I will definitely call him for other jobs.

I called several other individuals but they were not able to help or were too busy.  I called Pat who responded promptly, providing me with a free estimate, and was able to schedule time on Saturday.  He arrived on time and had his own tools and parts to do the repair.  He also took the time to make certain that the door closed properly and did not slam shut.  I appreciated his professionalism.
It has been several months (i apologize for not providing more timely feedback) but I am able to say that his work lasted through another storm and constant opening and closing withour any problems.  I would definitely use his services again.

He arrived on time to provide a quote. He appeared knowledgable about the remodeling process. He spent a good deal of time measuring and explaining the work he would perform.  We have a modest sized bathroom.  We did not choose this him because we felt the quoted price was not competitive.

Contractor is prompt and professional and really easy to get in touch with. Answers his phone and email! Very flexible with scheduling too. More important, he is really skilled at a variety of things and the work is done carefully. He also cleans up at the end of each day.   I have only used him for smaller jobs but would certainly consider for larger jobs like wood floor install etc. He takes his time to get the job done. I mean that in a good way. Workers for large companies are on the clock trying to get the job done quick. He took his time to get it done right.  That's the nice thing about working with a small outfit. The downside is that it might take a while to get to you if he is busy but I guess that's true with anyone. If he can't do your job, he also knows a lot of people who can do it.
