Window Treatment Service
Met with proprietor (John Kasitz) at my home. Paid deposit, never heard back from them, tried to phone and send letters but no response and letters were returned. Not sure if this is a real business. Would not recommend.

After giving us a quote for the curtains, we placed the order, and John gave us a date when they would be ready. However, after this initial meeting, he was pretty much unreachable. The curtains were not ready on time, and when we could finally get him on the phone, which was nearly impossible, he would give one lame excuse after another for why they weren't ready. Someone had warned me that he was like this, and I should have listened. When the curtains finally arrived, they looked pretty good. (The valence was too big and out of proportion, but I can't remember if that was my fault when placing the order, so I can't blame him.) Even if they were perfect, they would not have been worth the headache.
