1. He said he would return to do another small job. No phone response.
2. He said he would return the next week to clean off the window skylights he forgot to clean. No response.
3. Just within the one year warranty we had a real downpour and the skylight leaked in the same place.
4. His excuse for not calling me back was, "I got busy." For a whole year, I guess.
5. He has kept putting me off on coming to review it, and has made it clear he only did a repair, not the original work. CYA
6. I tried to get a specific appointment. He said call me on Tuesday and I'll come over. I have called three times with no answer.
I will take this contractor to small claims court to recover the money and get a professional roofer to address the problem.
