Fred did a great job of treating our home for carpenter ants. He gave us suggestions for preventing them from coming back. He explained where they were located and why and was very professional. We haven't had any problems since he treated them.

Fred did a thorough inspection, fully explained the results, and was professional in every way. I'd recommend him and will call him the next time I need this service.

Jabco has great reviews on Angie's List as of the summer of 2017 and that was my main reason for calling them first, despite the fact that they are an hour away. The technician arrived during the time window stated and completely answered all of my questions prior to getting to work. He found two nests, one in a tree near our home and one under our back porch. He destroyed the nests, and sprayed and dusted our house. He was very professional. It's been four days and we still have dead ants appearing in the lower level but only one live one per day over the last couple of days. Before leaving he explained their 60 day warranty--my wife and I liked that if the ants return in the next two months they will re-spray free of charge. Plus, it's a family business. We will recommend Jabco to anyone who needs an exterminator.

It rained heavily that night, which may have reduced effect of the treatment. Found a few ants again 2 weeks later. He responded promptly to my call and returned to do a second spraying, at no additional charge.

Called Mr. Jabco, he and his son were over earlier and assessed the property in the winter, laid a few traps that took care of most of the few mice that we had.
They returned in the spring and took care of all the possible entry points. wire meshed very neatly and cleaned up after words.
Sometimes it take Mr. Jabco a day to return your call, so have a bit of patience!
Overall very highly recommended.

Very professional, same day service and arrived on time.  Treated a yellow jacket nest in an exterior wall near a vent pipe. Gave clear instructions on post treatment care and to call them if the problem has not been taken care of. Would definitely use their services again and I highly  recommend them to others.

Derick was punctual, extremely professional and did an excellent job taking care of our wasp issue. We had just moved in to our house last fall, and this summer 3 types of wasps had taken up residence in our back yard. He came out and sprayed a hornet nest and a nest under an eave. He gave me detailed instructions on how to deal with the nest afterward. He sprayed our in ground yellow jacket nest, and told me to call if the yellow jackets had not vacated their hive by the following day. Saturday morning I noticed a few linger around the hole in the ground so I called to report them, and the owner offered to come out immediately to handle the problem because he didn't want anyone to get stung over the weekend. I let him know that it was fine to wait until Monday, and they came out first thing Monday and retreated the ground nest. We haven't seen a single yellow jacket since. I was extremely pleased by their outstanding customer service, their professionalism and the quality of their work! If ever we have another best control problem, I'll definitely be calling Jabco Pest Control Services again!

He is very personable, trustworthy, dependable. He quotes me at fair price. He is very competent in his work. He always answers any questions I may have.

Contacted Jabco and, since the site of the problem was accessible from outside the house, the problem was assessed and treated while we were out of town. The problem seemed to have been resolved with the treatment when we returned. The cost for this was $75, which we thought was very reasonable.

They were on time. Very nice gentleman. They did an excellent service. They sprayed and told me where they were spraying, asked me if I had any concerns or issues. They did the spraying, the price was great. I was very satisfied.

We just moved into this house. We noticed what looked like bees flying under a rock near the house and a few days later a landscape crew were stung in another part of the yard thinking they had stirred a nest of bees in a window well. I called Jabco Pest Control this morning and four hours later Michael arrived on time to handle the situation.
Sadly, I am allergic to bees, so a live-and-let-live policy is not an option for me.
Jabco's Michael easily determined the nest under the rock were bumblebees. We had a harder time finding a nest in the window well, despite about 20 minutes of careful watching and gentle poking. Michael sprayed the section of shrubs in attempt to get whatever pest was there to reveal themselves. We concluded that the poor landscaper had most likely disturbed the bumblebees from the nest elsewhere on the property while they were feeding near the window well.
Michael also checked the remaining planting beds and fence line. He discovered a large yellow jacket colony at the base of the picket fence that we were unaware of -- and treated that as well. He made sure I understood how long it would take before I could safely be near the treated nests.
In summary, dealing with the company on the phone was quick, friendly, accurate, and easy. Their service person arrived on time, was very patient in answering all of my questions (ground bees are new to me), was friendly and informative, and worked very diligently to make very sure that all the nests were identified and treated. They provide a 75 day guarantee for work on bees at what I considered a very reasonable expense. I would recommend them to anyone needing pest services. I have them on speed dial -- for next swarm season.

After some confusion in our email exchanges, Mr Jabco came to dust for the carpenter bees. He was very prompt and efficient. He explained how to handle the problem and to address future issues.
