I have used Wolf Tree exclusively for about 15 years. I appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. They always go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

They have been excellent, are very professional, and come when they say they will come. They clean up as promised and we would recommend them to anyone. We would definitely hire them again.

This was a small job that they slipped in between their other jobs. Called me to ask if they could come over in 30 minutes. Workers arrived on time. Cut down the bush/tree, ground it up, cleaned up and were gone in about 10 minutes. Probably would have taken me all day then would have to haul the branches away. I was very satisfied with their work.

Excellent job - from estimation accuracy to working with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.  Worked with us closely on scheduling for what turned out to be an extensive job (more than a month, with roughly seven full workdays for a crew of four).  During the work, a tree fell that was not scheduled to come down.  They quickly adjusted their workload to include it, finishing within the time they said.   The crew was professional, friendly, polite and very willing to do extra work that we asked for.  After trees were removed (two had diameters of roughly 72" and the other three had diameters of roughly 3-4 feet) they also cleaned up a number of large (4' diameter) logs left by another tree service.  They chipped everything we wanted chipped, ground out the stumps, and left the place as we wanted it.  We've had two other services do work that was equally expensive (taking down other old trees that were as large as these), but neither were as professional or as accommodating to our needs as Wolf's Tree Service.

We use Wolf Tree Specialists every year. They come and do our trees. They're very reliable and they have produced great results. We were losing our rosella and our dogwood. They just bring everything back to good health. They are very knowledgeable and very respectful of our property.

They were responsible and did a good job. They showed up when they said they would and they gave me a good price.

We had severe surprise snow storm on October 29th and it knocked down trees, limbs, and power lines. We had lot of damage and they came out a couple of times. In the most recent time they had to cut back a maple tree that was in the front of our house. Then they had to remove a pile of brush consisting of fallen limbs and twigs. They are a good company. We like them. They do good work. A lot of tree companies in this area come out and maime the trees. But these people do just enough pruning without making the tree look like a stump. Price wise they are expensive. As for responsiveness, it is so difficult because with all the bad weather they are stressed and they had a lot of customers to go to. As for punctuality when they said they will be here they show up. We will use them in the future.

I called while the branches were still coming down. I had two jobs. Chip and remove the grounded branches and trim the broken branches in the trees. It took 3 days for a call back, which I'm OK with considering it was a weekend.

After that it took 2 1/2 weeks to schedule to work with no follow-up calls. I had to initiate the follow-up call. Never did get a firm commitment to the date they would be here.

Once they were here, the work was completed and did a vary good job. I know the storm hit hard and they were very busy, but I don't think I should have had to wait so long to chip-up some debris. The trimming could have waited until whenever (and I expressed that to them).

It would have been nice to have received a discounted price for the inconvenience of having to wait so long, but no such luck.

I've used Wolf's for years. They do excellent work, but the prices are top end and scheduling can be a problem.
