I had a power failure. Similar to a brownout. I am by no means any type of handyman. I started getting nervous so I started to call electricians. I called Wentzels went to voicemail. Call many many other electrician no luck everyone had a wait of almost a week. Another company told me to call the utility to see if it was a problem on their end. While I was on hold Justin called me from Wentzels. Told me he listened to my message and that he had someone the next town over almost done with a job. Said he could be there in 30 minutes. Andy come out. Very polite, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He was able to find the root cause within the first 5 minutes of coming out. Turns out it wasnâ t a utility problem. It was a failure in the line between the meter and the receptacle to the house. It took Andy some time but he was able to make a full repair on the spot. A+ 100% if Andy come to your project you are going to be in good hands. Highly recommend the service.

Jusstin and Devon know their business--they're efficient, reliable, personable, and reasonably priced. Devon did a fantastic job of diagnosing problems with a patio lighting system in a place we'd just purchased, and about whose wiring we knew nothing. He figured it all out--chased down the problem, and fixed it! Wentzel Electric is all about code and certification, reassuring when we see what other less-qualified electricians and DIYers have installed in the past.

Justin called right after I filled out the Home Adviser check list and we we made plans to meet he was very honest and straight forward about cost and showed up a day before we had agreed on.Him and his labor where very nice and polite.They did not waste any time on the outlets that needed to be replaced.In and out. I will not hesitate to call him back for work in the future!

Called Justin the owner at about 10 or 10:30 on Friday Jan 13 and his brother installed a replacement electric baseboard heating unit by 10:30 on Saturday January 14 for only a nominal extra charge for Saturday. Devon his brother could not have been nicer and more professional and insured that the rest of the wiring for the entire house was fine including the extensive wiring for baseboard heat throughout the house. I intend to have them come replace te rest of the units that need replacing

He came the same day and finished within an hour.

Justin contacted me within minutes of my request - on Thanksgiving Evening - when I was hoping for a response first thing the next day. We had a small project that we thought we could DIY and when we realized we couldn't, Justin came out within two business days to complete the necessary work for us to stay on schedule with other contractors.

We had Wentzel out to our house to fix a series of outlets that weren't working, as well as to help us figure out the way our house is wired. Our house has had some DIY wiring done over the years, so it's... unique. They helped me to understand the wiring of the house, as well as helping me attempt to track down some other issues. Totally forthright with cost and time estimates, and didn't try to fleece us. We've found our electricians.

Justin was our first response to our inquiry through Home Advisor. He was courteous, prompt and did excellent, quality work including his worker. We had him add an extra panel, making our electrical 200 AMP; the entire panel had to be moved as it was in close proximity to our well water tank. He also straightened out the breakers that had incorrect circuits running through the house, which could have created a fire. The inspection by the Township was rapidly approved. We are receiving an estimate for other work we would like him to do as well. We highly recommend him!

These guys are great! I hired them for a large project replacing panel in a large apartment complex. They really did a nice job with the project. They always showed up on time were nice to the tenants and did exceptional work at a very fair price. They now handle all of my electrical work.
