They installed the originally heater when we built the house. He did a pretty good job and their price was fair. One worker came and I think it took an hour to complete. He explained before and after what needed to be done.

It was good. They are a good company. They stand behind their product. They seemed to be reliable, honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them. Their price was good. They were punctual.

Heat pump was not functioning properly. They came next day on time as promised and found problem but they  did not have part to fix unit. Ordered part and within tree days they were back and repaired the unit. All was done in a timely fashion and technician was very courteous.

Nate came out and provided a competive price for a combo of Central AC and a Natural Gas Furnace.  It took approximately two weeks after sending in the job deposit, however, when they did show up they were profesional and from what I can tell did a quality professional installation.

Due to the fact my services were so different, I had two different technicians. They both arrived promptly within minutes of one another. The plumber was efficient and offered advice and tips about the products we received and also were considering in the near future. The heating and air guy was fast and efficient. Overall very happy with the service we received.

It was excellent! I've been using their services for nearly a year and a half now, and I've always had good experiences. They responded right away, showed up on time, and acted professionally during our dealings.

It was effortless. He did an outstanding job. Totally professional and hassel free. Cleaned up along the way.

I was in my new house for about three weeks when I learned that the furnace was running auxiliary power 24/7. Big, big electric bill. AP Merkel came out the next morning, fitting me in between established appointments. The receptionist was professional but personable. When she learned that the repairman would be at another appointment, she immediately called to let me know he would be a bit late. I seldom remember the names of repairmen, but this one I did: and quot;Patrick H.and quot; If I need anything I'll call again and ask for him. He was generous with his expertise, patiently explaining everything I needed to know, but was methodical in his work and cleaned up afterwards. His care for the job and its ultimate quality allowed me to relax about this unknown monster that was sucking up electricity. In the end, a part was ordered, installed, and the furnace works fine.

They are good at returning phone calls and arriving when they say they will. I also like the plumber's personality (he's funny and doesn't care if I ask a lot of questions). For the bigger job, I liked that he looked first to see if the easier/less expensive fixes would work before going onto the more complex solution-- that is, he checked to see if the leak involved things that would not require cutting into the ceiling before determing that we did need to cut into the ceiling... . The plumber they keep sending us (I believe they have more than one but we keep getting the same one) has a lot of experience and seems pretty familiar with all ages of houses. He seems to have the tools/supplies needed in his truck and takes a reasonable amount of time to do the work. He doesn't leave a big mess.
Rather than do estimates and give prices they send a bill after the work is done, but the bill seems to be industry standard. (I google what it should cost to get X done, and that's pretty much the bill they end up sending). So the prices aren't really low but they aren't unreasonable either.
