I appreciate that he warned us that although he uses low VOC materials, the odor of the stain could be a bit much. Since we have a 2 year old child and a dog, I was able to make arrangements to stay overnight elsewhere ahead of time during that portion of the project. Having this kind of work done can be disruptive since you have to pretty much move all your stuff out of the work area, and Frank worked efficiently and was willing to push extra hard toward the end so that we could get back to normal as soon as possible. He even came back on the weekend to finish up the detail trim work. He was great about answering all our questions through the whole project, and he went way above and beyond by offering his van to haul our Christmas tree down the street to our community tree drop-off.
