Huffy Trailer Sales Inc

The provider stated on the phone when the service was scheduled that they could perform warranty work on a microwave bracket.  After the inspection was completed, they called to state that they could not do the repair work as they did not and could not order a part from Fourwinds as they were not a dealer.  When I called to question the inability to obtain the part--asking why it couldn't just be ordered, they told me that I didn't buy it there and that I didn't even give them a chance.  What a shame, a local dealer where I thought I could take an RV for service throughout my ownership--no!! I will have to drive 88 miles to get my vehicle serviced.  I am so glad that I did not make a purchase through them and I would discourage anyone from purchasing or having repairs done there.  There are other shops where inspections can be completed--for less money.  We took it there for inspection because we were told that they could make the repairs.
