Cirigliano Plumbing

Terrible service. Had water pressure regulator installed for $450. After it was installed, our dishwasher stopped working. No water was coming through to clean the dishes. We called Cirgliano for help. They refused to listen to us or help us. They wouldn't even come to look at it. The woman, Kayla, who responded to my call was extremely dismissive and rude. Every question I had she shut down. The only good thing about this company is that they schedule pretty quickly. Now I can see why... Edit: to reply to the employee who responded to me on the other review site... I think it is fairly obvious that the water from the basement supplies water to the dishwasher. Something is wrong with the water pressure after you installed the regulator, and you didn't even bother to help us find a solution or check it out... Another dismissive reply showing how they treat customers.

I called Cirigliano based on a referral from a friend. They were upfront about their approach and the expected cost, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They came on time! They were unable to shut our water off because the box was filled with mud so we had to reschedule. Rescheduling was a breeze and all work we needed was fixed. We would absolutely hire them again!

Best experience I ever had with a plumber. Work was done quickly and correctly the first time. Steve checked my standard water pressure, temperature, etc to make sure things were right. Gave us the personal touch. Stopped some loud banging my pipes had been making , which he said the cartridges were causing. Great guy and great work. His assistant Alex was also a great guy. You could tell he knew what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

Steve was awesome. He gave me a time period of 12-4; he was running late on another job and called to let me know that he was running behind He and his partner were very professional, they cleaned up all their work areas. I would hire him again without a doubt. Great work.

It went well, he snaked it multiple times until the clog was out.  When the first time didn't work he continued to do it until the problem was fixed.

Our garbage disposal was starting to act up. It would work only when it felt like it. After about a month, it stopped working completely. We called Cirigliano Plumbing and there was availability that same day. Steve arrived within the hour. He asked if his shoes needed removed. He came in the house and started working immediately. He had suggested putting his tools down on a towel so he didn't scratch the hardwood floor. (Which although we didn't mind at all, we thought was that was generous of him to ask) he replaced the garbage disposal, and had cleaned everything up. He was done with everything in about an hour. The prices are VERY reasonable, very respectable and the availability is great especially if there's an emergency. We are only using Cirigliano Plumbing from now on.

Both times were wonderful. He could have ripped me off, especially with the clog because it was horrible and he thought he'd have to go beyond the normal snaking. He kept at it and won! The response time was equally as impressive as his service. He's very neat, thorough, explains everything, and it is his goal to please. So does his appointment scheduler - great team!

The company was professional and quick. I called at 8:30 in the morning and they answered! The plumber was at my house in less than an hour. He was able to fix the problem in an hour! Wonderful service, respectful people!

He was on time, friendly, and he got the job done. He was very informative about what exactly he'd be doing and he also educated me on a few things as well. I found his price quote to be very fair. All in all, great experience and I will be contacting him for future jobs.

The fixtures were installed quickly without any problems and he checked to make sure everything was working correctly..
