We always have a wonderful experience with Carriage Hill Kennels. We tell our Corgi she is going to 'Puppy Camp' and she gets so excited. When we turn down their lane she is in constant motion and can't wait to get in and see everyone. The staff is always courteous and we have never have any issues in dropping off or picking up. One time we even called to say we were picking her up a day early and they were very accommodating. This is the only kennel we will use and highly recommend it.

When we pick up the dog, they just kind'a like; were very rude and just gave us a toe and they're kind'a left us hanging there. I think the guy is the owner and all he want is money and don't care about anything else. That was my opinion, I'm with my daughter, we both walk out and she was very worried.  They are pretty good. In fact, they did a really good job in grooming. I was very pleased for that. I mean, there were benefits, they offer the whole boarding and grooming. The only disappointment was just the rudeness of a gentleman there when we pick up but everything else was good. I mean when I took them in, the woman in the office at that time was very nice, very pleasant and she gave me all the offers for the grooming and one of their package deals but we where going for the weekend.

When I lived in New York I boarded my two cats at my vet's facility. It was expensive but I didn't need to worry about my cat who required medication. When I moved to the Pittsburgh area, boarding for cats was a very different experience. After trying several facilities, I discovered Carriage Hill and what a difference it made for me. They take care of my cats as if they are their own. Medication and special diets are no problem. Sometimes when I go to pick my furry friends sometimes they don't want to come home. If my plans change and I have to leave them longer, then all I have to do is call. I have continued to board my cats here for 4 years and plan to do so into the future.

They were very nice, and my dogs were happy. I had them there, and they were clean when they came home. The people were nice. The place is not palatial but the setting is nice. I have used them about 3 or 4 times within the last year. My dogs are tough too because they?re hard to handle. I was always very happy. I walked in there unannounced and they showed me everything. It was clean, and all the pets seemed happy. The price was very good. The prices were listed on the website, and that is what I got. They were not expensive. I didn?t go in there and wait for my dogs to be brought out. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

They were very punctual and responsive. They took good care of my dog and I was happy with their quality of service.

It has been very good. They take very good care of them. They are honest and passionate about it. It is a comfortable environment. It doesn't smell like a kennel. Everyone is very friendly. The prices are very reasonable.

I boarded my 2 Great Danes at this facility for a week. They were wonderful. The kennels are very clean (no doggy or urine smells here). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was invited to join the staff member when she placed the dogs in their runs - so I walked the entire length of the kennels. Very clean! My dogs were too large to fit through the doggy doors to the outside runs, so had to be leashed & walked around to the outside of the building several times a day. I also took advantage of the daily "play time" for the dogs. Great experience!

We toured several kennels before deciding to take our cat to Carriage Hill Kennels. They were great about giving me a tour when I just showed up one morning. I just really liked the farm-like atmosphere and the sunny room where the cats stay. We chose a 2-story condo for our cat. The cats stay in a room between the office and the dog kennel. I think my cat would have liked seeing people come and go. She could also see out of a window from her condo. We were encouraged to bring stuff from home, which we did. The staff also encouraged us to call and check on our cat. We called twice and they always knew exactly which cat we were asking about. They were willing to give us a cute story or two. It was a relief to know that our cat was being well cared for.

THE FACILITY WAS VERY CLEAN. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME OUT OF ALL OUR KENNEL EXPERIENCES THAT WE WERE INVITED TO LOOK AT WHERE OUR DOG WOULD BE STAYING.

I'VE BEEN A LICENSED BREEDING KENNEL FOR 35 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAD TO BOARD MY SHOW DOGS. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! THE KENNEL WAS CLEAN, THE DOGS WERE WELL CARED FOR. MY DOGS ARE LARGE, SO EXTRA SIZE SUITES WERE AVAILABLE.

EXTREMELY CLEAN AND WELL-RUN KENNEL. EVERYONE IS POLITE.
