Perfection Construction LLC

We hired Perfection Construction to remove a sidewalk and brick flower planter and pour a 6' by 29' concrete walkway. Mr. Brown arrived promptly for our estimate appointment. We talked about our project and we had a written scope of work with cost figures included only hours after he left. While talking about our project, Mr. Brown impressed us with his depth of knowledge and suggestions for improving our job. P.C. showed up on time, professionally completed their work, did a great job, and left us happy. They cleaned up after the job, leaving our yard looking clean and tidy. We told Mr. Brown that we’ll contact his company for future work we might need.

Estimate was given, and we agreed. We paid half up front. Each day the price increased. Jerome then wanted us to give him our travel trailer in exchange for his work. When we said no, he bailed, leaving our project undone and in worse condition than when he started. We are in the process of having the project completed, and it will cost much more due to his destruction. The photos are of how he left the job.
