This is a business person who has no idea how to return a phone call from a customer. It's really hard to recommend doing business with someone who refuses to communicate with customers.
Description of Work: The original service provided was an installation of a dishwasher. The installation was completed satisfactorily. However, some followup procedures were apparently ignored. The dishwasher was delivered with some minor damage that Glatfelter was supposed to report and he apparently did not do this. Additionally, he was offered another job, which he expressed an interest in doing, but no one returns any calls to his phone numbers. This was a problem before the dishwasher install, too. The man just doesn't know how to answer a telephone.
