It went great! They were about 30 minutes late, but called to let us know(plus it didn't help that our house is generally hard to find). They cheerfully greeted us when they arrived. We showed them where we wanted to moon bounce to be located and within a very short time, they had it in place and running. They were professional and courteous. We had about 30-40 adults/children in attendance to our party that evening. The kids(and me) couldn't have enjoyed the moon bounce more. It was the highlight of the party. They returned late that night in the dark to pick up and it was pouring down rain. They greeted me with a smile and hastily took the inflatable down in no time at all, no doubt soaked when they were done. We would definitely use them again in the future if the occasion arises.

It was an overall excellent experience for everyone. They dropped off the bounce house early due to other deliveries, which our kids were able to enjoy it privately for a few hours before the party started. Once the party started, all the kids, including the older ones (parents) enjoyed it as much as our birthday girl. Will be looking forward to using them in the future.

After looking online trying to decide where to rent a moonbounce from, I came across 3 Monkeys Inflatables and could not be happier with the whole process! I reserved the moonbounce online and received a phone call the day before confirming the time and location. They actually came earlier than my rental time (without charging extra), We appreciate the fact that we are in Baltimore and they delivered coming from Pa.(We did pay extra because of the distance, but it was worth it 110%!!) It was clean, set up quickly, and looked beautiful for the party! My daughter loved the Tie Dye moonbounce and it was perfect for kids of all ages! We will definitely rent from them again!!!!

When I called 3 monkeys inflatables Pam was very helpful in assisting me in what I would want to have for the party. She said older kids enjoy the dunk tank (yes it was Jan. but was indoors). We also had cotton candy for snacks and even a slide for the kids who didnt want to get wet. When the workers arrived they were early and set up the inflatables quickly. They were VERY clean. I was actually surprise how clean they were. At the end ofthe party the inflatables were cleaned again. I would highly recommend this company.
