Some offer you drinks, some even offer lunch. Most become customers for years and years while referring us to friends and family. "After explaining to this customer that I had a family member pass away and had not been able to look at my schedule, he in turn decided to respond by yelling very inappropriate language at me. I am sorry but cannot deal with a person like that. In the end, we gave Claud a quality job. Claud wrote this review because, he tried to force us into setting his posts for his gates, by retaining payment for the concrete work we had done already. I had addressed the issue with the gates in the clarifications in our proposal. He was simply unreasonable. It is unfortunate for all of us trying to succeed in business. Claud is leaving this review."

We received a message from this customer over a year after completion, after a few times playing phone tag we have not had any luck in reaching them.
