Fox Drain Service

He didn't get it all, and spoke to me in a way I didn't find completely polite. It took him three days to get here and the smell from the sink was pretty bad.

Competent,  BUT WAY OVER PRICED.  On Long Island where I live, the price is half that

had some small backup problems with drain. The snake seemed to clear things up. blockage was gone....

It went well - person arrived on time and resolved the issue.

Our shower drain suddenly became completely clogged and we needed help right away.  Fox Drain Service came to the rescue when other plumbers weren't willing to take on the the job.  They seemed a bit pricey, but they were incredibly responsive and professional.  We will definitely use them again.

Very expensive compared to what I pay in Long Island, almost twice the cost. Otherwise very competant

I have a lot of trees on my property and I have been using Fox Drain Service for years (except for 1 time) to make sure tree roots don't clog the drainage system. Always courteous, they let me know when they can come, if something happens and they will be later than expected - they will call and let you know, and they call about 30 minutes before they come. They also let you know what products to use in your drains to prevent clogs vs. what other people tell you or try to sell you. Hey, these guys are the experts...they are not going to lead you astray, especially if they want to keep your business and get business by word-of-mouth.

When the storm hit, our basement began to flood. We called Fox, and within about 3 hours, Ren was at our door. He had called first to let us know he was coming. Ren was prompt, courteous, professional. Mostly, he was able to snake out the pipes and completely stop the overflow. We're both really relieved and grateful to them for taking care of this so quickly.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! A neighbor had provided us a list of recommended and quot;plumbersand quot; in the area. When we started having issues with our kitchen sink garbage disposal, we decided to call a few of the names listed. We CLEARLY stated that we were interested in having someone come out and look at the disposal because it wasn't working and we wanted to see if someone could fix it. I will give FOX credit in that they did call back right away and set up a time to come out. Problem is, when they came out, my husband showed them the issue and explained we wanted our garbage disposal fixed. Instead of being an honest person with any bit of integrity and admitting right then and there, that and quot;Oh wait, we don't do plumbing,and quot; the person instead proceeded to unclog our drain. When he informed my husband that the job was done, and my husband turned on the garbage disposal switch to test it out, the guy THEN admitted that he didn't have the tools, or knowledge, to try and fix the disposal. Not only did he still charge us the $100 to do a job we DID NOT ASK HIM TO DO but he never even bothered to call us back after promising he'd reach out to an actual plumber on our behalf. This was the biggest scam ever. We were very clear in what services we were requesting FROM THE BEGINNING and this company literally pretended they were able to help us. That's bad enough, but then to charge us for a job we never asked for...who does that?!?! DO NOT CALL THEM!

It went okay, I thought for drain cleaning based on New York for some crazy reason it's much higher in Philadelphia. The work was okay, they did what they had to do. They worked a few hours. In New York I could have gotten somebody for 70 dollars a line but instead it was 119 dollars a line and it wasn't just him. They were on time and everything.

A few days later it backed up again and once again he responded within a few hours and redid the drain for no extra charge.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with his timely response, his clearly worded explanations, his persistence in trying to resolve the problem, and his actions once it was clear he wasn't succeeding. Outstanding service, at every level.

The work went well. Called them at 9 am and arranged for them to show up after 2. The plumber called at 2:15 to let me know he was on the way, and arrived at 2:40. Job was completed within 15 minutes. I appreciated the responsiveness to my initial call and effort to make sure we received same day service.

Fox Drain showed up on time and they are very hard workers. There has been no more problems since then. They were knowledgeable on finding the problem and being able to fix it for us. We were happy with the plumbers that work for the company.

Found on Angie's list and called. He came out within 20 minutes and unclogged the toilet. He gave me a price on the phone and that was exactly what I was charged. He left the bathroom clean.
