"My company is a well established company. We do zero advertising, all of our work is referral base. The reason that is, is because of the complete opposite of this complaint. In fact, the friend that the Member is referring to, that referred me to her has recently had me do more for her. We did 14 feet of custom cabinetry. You can check out pics on my website (www.yeagerskitchens.com) of this project. We've done approx 50 kitchens in the last 4 years and even in this bad economy work is still coming in full force. I can produce countless recommendations within a days notice. The best explanation I can give for her frustration is, at that time we we're extremely busy. I do admit that she called me about the wallpaper missing under the cabinet and I made the mistake of not responding right away, time past and she never contacted me again after the one phone call. Time slipped away. She never notified me of any of the other issues. If she did I would have been back out in a heart beat. She was going through a tough time because of a couple deaths in her family, It seemed to me that it was a small piece of wall paper under a cabinet and by her only contacting me once it wasn't that important to her since she never called me again on the issue. That being said I should have called her back. During that time, the quality work we do and the type of person I am (I am just the opposite of what she says, I do whatever it takes to make the customer happy) created a situation where i was getting a lot of work and wasn't quite prepared for it. I've learned to control the flow of work and my company is doing better then it ever has. Once we start a job we come everyday at 8am sharp and don't stop until the job is done. I can get 50 customers to verify this. At the end of every job there's actually a strong caring relationship that's built between my customers and I. We also do a lot of work that is on a show on HGTV and DIY channel (Kitchen Impossible and Spice up My kitchen). I've done Danny Bonaduci's kitchen, Steve Morrison from the Preston & Steve morning show on 93.3WMMR. I've done Steven singer Deck. I've done Phila Phillies Radio announcer Scott Frankze. I just found out the existence of this complaint, I am going to try to contact her right away to see if I can make it up to her. Thank you. John Yeager"
