Furniture - Sales
The total experience was just a nightmare! The four months evolved into seven months, with very lame excuses offered to us at every phone call to Wolf's Furniture. He explained that he had included other furniture orders with ours, which delayed our order from being submitted on a timely basis as promised. After many more lame excuses, we confronted him with our displeasure, at which time he offered us a post dated check for the deposit amount. The furniture finally arrived three days before the date of the post dated check, which was seven months after our original order was placed with him (the owner of the store).
