We pay for the maintenance contract once a year. I think the price is reasonable. The quality of their work is very good.

I have used them now for the past 10 years. I find them to be very reliable. Usually one person comes out. On occasion, they bring a trainee with them who watches and asks questions about what the guy is doing.

I think it went okay. I don't know about the price. I just pay whatever they want. I don't know; it seems to be alright. I have my grandson come and work the thermostat a lot. I don't know if that needs help or whatever.

We have a service contract with them; they do regular maintenance. They come out roughly every 6 months. It takes about an hour for them to do the inspection. Usually just one technician comes out. It is not always the same person. Usually it is a small set of people, so sometime we recognize each other and sometimes we don't. The service contract itself is somewhere between $200 and $400 for the year. I forgot the price. If other people are looking to find out what they charge it depends on the age of the unit, whether it is gas or electric or that kind of thing. I think the exact price was somewhere around $350. I even recommended them to my mom.

It went great. They were there when they said they would be and completed the installation and cleaned up after leaving no debris unlike others that have worked on our home. I usually deal with Curt, the owner, but have also dealt with his assistants. the office is also responsive. I thought enough of them to recommend them to my daughter.
