Primo Roofing and Siding

I was extremely happy with the work. The guys at Primo Roofing are terrific. This father/son operation is competent, reliable and fair in their pricing of the work to be done. I've found the last roofing company that I will ever use.

It went great from start to finish. They came out immediately for the estimate and after deciding to replace the roof we scheduled a date to get it done. Joe and his team showed up on time and did an outstanding job. I would recommend Primo Roofing and Solar to everyone. Joe was there for any questions I had and was very flexible with my odd work schedule. I no longer have any leaks !!! Thank you Primo Roofing and Solar.

One week after the installation, roof developed leak in my living room ceiling.  I called Primo and they came out with some muck and tape and did something up there.  A week later, we had rain again and roof leaked.  I called Primo and supposedly they checked it and found nothing wrong.  The water spread in my ceiling, which now needs to be repaired and I was very upset.  Finally, I called and he said he checked my roof bur he would come again.  He showed up, didn't speak to me or knock on my door.  Next day he came with his helper and they did something up there, because I heard banging.  It hasn't leaked since.  I was holding my breath during the snow storms and was afraid roof would start leaking again when snow melted.  So far, I see no more leaking.  He said he stands by his work.  He hired two men to do the work and I know they complained to me that he wanted it done in one day, but it was hot and so they came back the next day.  I think he gave me  a lowball number and was working off a low profit.  I know he'll take no responsibility for the repair to my ceiling and since I am not well, I don't have it in me to pursue it any further.  Please just remove my remarks from your list.  Thank you for your interest.
