1. the sealant he used to finish the cement stained our slate steps
2. The solvent he used before he laid the cement, rusted the drain area and the next time it rained, the rust spread and settled into the cement. would not come out
3. left his wood frame around the cement
loosened bricks on our wall with Jackhammer vibrations...and did not fix this.
4. Left footprints on the wet cement area
He was totaally unresponsive to phone and email re fixing theses problems. Thoroughly unprofessional.
