How do you rate immediate service and a top-notch professional job? I rate it excellent! Mid-Atlantic Roofing and Siding's owner, Andrei, came out to look at the job the day after I called him. My skylight was leaking badly, and he was able to do the job the next day since the following days were forecasted for heavy rain. It turns out that the issue was not the skylight itself but the gap between it and the surrounding roof. The sub-roof wood and main beams were heavily water damaged by years of leaks. He and his crew worked nonstop and finished just before sunset, having repaired and replaced all the damaged wood and replaced the roof's top layer.  I could not be happier or drier.

Andrei came out to give an estimate. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I needed some siding repairs from a recent storm, two gutters reset, and gutter guards installed. Andrei offered options and then a price. The price was very reasonable and, after getting another quote, I decided to go with Mid-Atlantic. They came out as scheduled, did everything that was quoted, and cleaned up everything. I was pleased with the work and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience, Quick Turnaround. Andrei called me on Wednesday to discuss my needs. He was on site the following morning to make sure the missing shingle was replaced before a rain and wind storm hit the area. Will definitely hire him again if I have additional roofing needs.

First to explain our situation. Mt husband and I are 71 and 72 and at the moment we are both walking with canes. When a piece of siding blew off our house from high winds and landed in the creek behind our house we needed help. I posted on Angie's List and before I could walk away from my computer Andy called. He said he would be here at 3 to see what we needed. Before 3 he called to say he would be 10 minutes late. He looked at the job, climbed into the creek to get the piece of siding and gave us a price I thought was fair. He said he would have someone here to do the work in an hour and he did. From the time I posted till the job was completed was 4 hours. I would definitely hire Andy again!!

Andrei was fantastic! He called me as soon as he received my Angie's List request. Friendly and attentive, he put me instantly at ease. He was able to fit me into his schedule the next morning to come take a look at the problem and give me his assessment and estimate. As we have an older roof that is nearing it's expected life, I expected the worst news, but he said he could fix the problem with minimal effort and was comfortable that the roof could last a few more years. He came back later that same day and repaired the loose shingles. You can't even tell there had been a problem! He inspected the rest of the roof and he told me where the problem areas were, and what I could expect and what to watch out for. When the time comes to replace the roof, I will definitely be calling Andrei again! Thank you!

Started on time and finished on schedule. Superb craftsmanship and professionalism. Creatively resolved all issues encountered. Not the least expensive but worth every penny and then some. My wife and I are thrilled with the results.

My roof and windows were old and outdated. They needed to be replaced. So I called the cheapest place I could find and that was Mid-Atlantic. I could not have made a better choice. They did an A+ job for an affordable price. I couldn't  suggest a better company for the buck than them. The roof and windows look amazing. They were not difficult, they were very flexible and easy to deal with. They did not make a mess. Everything was cleaned up after they were done. There is not a better roof and siding company than Mid-Atlantic. I gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing and siding done.

I am extremely pleased with this company. My house had siding and roof damage from a storm. Andrei came within 24 hours to give an estimate. His presentation was very professional. He spoke about quality and doing the work correctly. He provided photos and reference numbers for me to call to verify his work. He was willing to meet several times with the insurance company  representative to explain construction  procedures that had to be completed.
His crew began on the date he said they would. They worked through the coldest, wettest and snowiest three weeks of this winter. They gave a full days work and when they finished each day the yard was cleaned to perfection. No nails or trimmings left on the ground for my dog to get into. 
Andrei explained what was being done each day and if I had any questions he explained them in a way that I could understand. I have gotten many compliments from the neighbors about the completed job. My house looks great.

Very satisfied. Contractor provided by far the most complete estimate of the work to be performed.  Detailed written estimate was provided in less than 24 hours.  He also provided a list of similar roofing jobs with cost information as a basis of comparison. Work site was maintained well, including removal of dumpster promptly at completion of work.  I was able to get the contractor on the phone every time I called.  Roof appears (with my limited knowledge) to be installed very well, including areas around the chimney.  Gutters (damaged during Hurricane Sandy) were re-installed properly.  While I did not negotiate the price of the roof, the contractor used upgraded materials at no additional expense.  Throughout the process, the contractor demonstrated his eagerness for the business including starting the job very quickly after verbal agreement on the contract.  He also performed a couple pretty small jobs at no additional cost (even thought I offered to pay him).

The estimate, the workers,and the invoice were all delivered on the day he promised.I actually had to talk the workers into coming down off the roof at dusk!  They were so determinedto finish the job in one day.  They were back the next day at 8:00 AM and finshed in about 2 hours.They raked my yard and swept the porch and driveway.  Left everything spic and span.Charged exactly what the estimate was.  When I called 2 weeks later to ask about reinstalling my porch light, he arrived in 15 minutes to assess the situation.  Freely admitted he wasn't licensed to do it and recommended an electrician who could.Did a fantastic job.  The house looks like new.  He removed all the ripples and misplaced shinglesthe previous roofer left.  I can't thank Andre enough for saving me from a bad situation.

They did an excellent job. The owner and workers were very pleasant and professional. They new what they were doing and talking about. The owner addressed everyone of my concerns. If there was a problem, it was taken care of immediately. They would clean up everyday and completed the job on schedule. The house looks beautiful from the outside and is considerably warmer inside. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

I can't say enough about this company. I highly recommend them. This is the best customer service contractor we've ever used and we've used several. Their estimate was very clear and listed everything out. We are extremely happy with the high quality of their work.
