+ -1 moreDon't waste your time contacting Fischer repair. Bruce Initially responded to my call about my fridge not working at all; everything in the freezer was thawing and the fridge was quickly warming . My initial contact resulted in a reply within a couple of hours saying Janice would contact me to make an appointment. A day and half later I still hadn't heard from Janice, so I contacted Bruce again. He never contacted me back. Clearly this company doesn't value potential customers.
