Feasterville Flooring America

I had a contractor who said he could tile my living room. He started but never returned. Needless to say I was gun shy about someone else coming in to fix the problem.. Most tile contractors did not want to do the job, but I was able to get 3 estimates to pull up the previously laid cement board and tile as well as the 50 year old hard wood floors (the original contractor did not do that). Feasterville Flooring was the only company that knew what they were talking about and I hired them. They pulled up the cement board, tile and old hardwood floor. They nailed the subfloor to the joists below to stop the squeaking. They put 5/8" exterior ply and then used a membrane to help with movement. They then laid the tile, replaced the base trim with new trim and caulked around the trim. All in all they did a very nice job. As of this writing, I have no complaints and the floor looks beautiful...and no squeaks.

While there were a few finishing issues when the work was originally done, the company sent out techs on multiple occasions to fix everything to my satisfaction. I don't think there even would have been any 'issues' if I, as the homeowner, had been physically present during the installation, but they finsihed up a day earlier than originally scheduled. Their customer service and follow up, however, were awesome. John, Rich, Peggy and Dawn really do have customer satisfaction as a core value and I am very pleased, not only with the quality of the materials, but, moreover, with the level of service.

I had previously done all of my research on their web site so when I went to the store I only needed help finding the carpet I wanted to point it out to the salesman.  He was very nice and  he also helped me select foyer material.  The foyer installer arrived first and did a beautiful job.  He even repaired a half attached heating grate for me which he didn't have to do.  The next day the carpet installers arrived right on time and did a wonderful job.

My experience with them was very positive. Their professionalism and workmanship is very highly regarded. We did not hire them directly; they were hired by the builder to put in the hardwood floor for us. They fixed some issues that related to the builder, but not them.

Best flooring company, two thumbs up! John and Rick was very nice and their professionalism is second to none! Especially Rick, his workmanship is perfect. Rick replaced all the hardwood planks that was cracked, and he cleaned up the area very well. Basically the only difference between before and after his visit is a beautiful new hardwood plank in the places where there was a broken one. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely pick Festerville Floor for any future flooring needs.

Everything went very well. We are well pleased with the selection of carpet we were offered. The service was thoughtful and professional throughout the whole process.

They did wonderful, they did great.

THey ordered the wood and it had it cure at my house for a week. TO find out this was the wrong wood. Then they had to order new wood and cure it again and repeat the process. They told me to hire someone to move my refrigerator and stove and after I hired someone they said I didn't need someone to move last minute. They blew out an electrical box with their boom box. They spoiled all my food in refridgerator and freezer by unplugging the cord to use their saw and did not plug it back in. THey failed to put the trim around my stairs. There was a large hole in one of the boards instead of replacing the board they decided to fill it numerous times and it looked terrible. THey finally said after they poly that they couldn't fix the floor even though I had experts say that they shouldn't have done it that way.

I didn't have a problem with Feasterville Floor, I thought they were very good. They did what they said they were going to do and I didn't have any problems. If I needed them, I would use them again.

They were excellent and professional. The price was very competitive. I would recommend them. We are considering having more work done by them.

We had bubbles in vinyl floor in the living room. Floor was installed on Nov. 17-18. We complained about bubbles in Jan. 2006. We had vinyl installed because of concern about previous water problem. Found out after installation that floor should have been waterproofed first due to high water level in concrete. Company did not measure this level before even though they knew this problem could occur and we didn't. Then they wanted to rip up the whole floor and reinstall it after we paid to have it waterproofed. We have no water coming in now and only a small amount of the floor has bubbles. We were told that if the floor was not in good condition it would have to be fixed before installation but they found no problem with the floor until afterwards. Why didn't they measure the water level in the concrete or tell us it could be a problem? We will be satisfied now if they will just install a piece of carpet over the floor. They said they would but all they do is blame us and stall.

Carpet installers were very professional and did a great job. They moved all the furniture and then put it all back and did little extra things like repairing a tight door that was hard to close for no extra charge. The vinyl installer (only one man) did the whole downstairs in 2 days, and also moved all the furniture out of the way and then put it all back in the right place. We were very happy.

RALPH DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS PLEASANT AND VERY SKILLED.

GOT QUOTE FROM ANOTHER DEALER WHO CAME OUT AND NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. FEASTERVILLE FLOOR CAME OUT TO MEASURE QUICKLY AND WERE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. I AM GOING TO GET THE FLOORING AS SOON AS I SAVE UP THE MONEY.

OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE. FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, POLITE. VERY CAREFUL WITH MEASUREMENTS AND CUTS, AS WELL AS GETTING THE CARPET IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE. GREAT JOB DONE.

THE HARDWOOD FLOORS ARE VERY NICE. HOWEVER, WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH OUR NEW CARPET AND THEY WOULDN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR GUARANTEE. OUR SALESMAN WAS VERY TOUGH TO GET IN TOUCH WITH.

FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS STAFF AND WORK WAS DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.

THE FIRST TIME, THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THE 2ND TIME, A YELLOW STAIN APPEARED SHORTLY AFTER THEIR REPAIR. WE DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS RELATED, BUT WAS IN THE IDENTICAL SPOT OF WHERE THE REPAIRS WERE MADE. IT HAS NOT GONE AWAY. THE COMPANY IS, HOWEVER, VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR SERVICE CALLS. WE HAVE SINCE PURCHASED CARPETING FROM THEM AND THE INSTALLATION WAS EXCELLENT.
