Alex provided specific details for me to review before we hired him. He actually drew sketches for me, which was extremely helpful. Once we agreed upon a price and signed the contract, Alex kept us in the loop. He and his staff (Mike) were professional, friendly, trustworthy. They performed the work in a timely manner. They swept up debris and kept it contained every day they were at our house. Alex had great suggestions for our enclosed porch, like electrical outlets, ceiling fan, recessed dimmer lights. We plan on using Alex again for some other work on the house. And one final thing: even with the awful weather we had for four months this past winter, the roof and everything else about the porch withstood it, including the screens. The work he did was exemplary.
