They seem very responsive to our needs, and they send people out to work with us, and check our batteries. We have never had any problems with their company, but the agents that they send to our home are very unprofessional looking and acting, with hit or miss responsiveness, and no uniforms. I wouldn't really trust them if I hadn't had them for ten years. Although, the people who work with customer service are very professional and attentive. I wouldn't necessarily recommend them to anyone who is just starting with a brand new alarm system, because of the unprofessional work agents.
