The guys at Boneheads were responsive to my initial call and were very proactive with helping me out with my project of re-finishing a bicycle frame from the 1940's. They were a little backed up at the time with some larger scale projects but they still were able to accommodate my deadline to have the frame completed by Christmas. They were extremely knowledgeable, fairly priced, and very professional. I dealt directly with the owner, who supplied me with up to date news on the status of my project.
