The store manager was rude and would not allow my husband to explain what was wrong - he kept cutting him off. When we told him that we were unhappy with the fact that we did not know what repairs were needed and when they would be completed, he acted like he could have cared less. He told us that we could "do what we wanted". We will never be using them again to service our pool. Quite honestly, if they are that busy, then they need to hire more help!
