They came and told me they would redo some flooring and my floor boards (otherwise known as trim) the guy after ripping my floors apart told me i would need to run thirty minutes each way to pick up more floors for him to use, i also had to buy new moldings and floor boards. This was not discussed beforehand. When i came back, the guy told me he would need another $350 to do the trim (floor boards) and refused to do it even though he told me he would. He also hung up new doors. He did all the wood cutting inside my house. I told him i just had a lung removed and he continued to cut wood inside my house and got dust and debris EVERYWHERE. He left all the debris and did not clean anything up at all. The worst part is he put all the debris into my toilet and clogged it to where it was unusable. After spending a lot of time and money to fix my toilet (because they were closed at the time i realized how bad the damage was.) i called the business and the owner told me off and told me it wasn’t his problem. Even though that day he came to do work i called the office to complain about my problems. They did nothing to help me and told me off. I know need lawyers to get my money back because of how much they screwed everything up. These people screwed me over as bad as you can get. Please avoid for your own sake.

Very friendly and professional. The bathroom looks great but the plumbing is a mess. Had to have a plumber come out to fix the work done by Andy Oncall after the sink started leaking the day after all the work was completed. Then, a little over a month after all work was completed, the shower began leaking into our kitchen directly beneath the shower. Had to have the plumber come out to fix the leak and knock out part of the wall. We just hope this is the end of the problems from the remodel.

replaced room doors, chauked windows,picked up rugs and other jobs. Before this he did cement repair. They are comong back this week to do more. Their prices are excellent and their work is trerrific. They picked up all the things needed before they came.
They cleaned up when done.

I called Andy on call for an estimate to fix a leaking gutter. The person came out, and gave me what I thought, was an estimate for $2,000.00+. I paid this amount as I didn't realize it was for just for getting the estimate. I thought the billing for $2000.00+was for total project. It wasn't. The cost for repair was an additional $1,300.00. I was furious!!! And, I was not permitted to get the "Estimate" amount refunded, after many calls. I just gave up. This provided just sat in my kitchen for over an hour, badmouthing other customers, and never told me he was writing an estimate to have the corner of my gutter fixed. He led me to originally believe the $2,000.00 cost was for estimate, and repair.

I would NEVER call Andy on Call ever!!!!

I have used Andy on Call before and that is why I used them again. He was professional, helpful and made suggestions when I asked for them. He respected our property, our time and our privacy. I received a written estimate and he stuck to it. He did an excellent job and you could tell he took pride in his work. I would definitely recommend him to others.

We were happy with them. We get a coupon with one of their fliers they send to our home and usually it is so much off. They are just really nice people.

Our siding is old cedar shake and will be replaced next year, and it's on the back of our house and so we simply wanted a quick fix that would last us until the siding is replaced. Cosmetics wasn't a huge priority. Eddie came out and gave us an estimate two days ago, and we scheduled the work for today. He arrived promptly (ahead of schedule, actually) and was done in an hour. The patch looks better than I anticipated, and once it's painted (the paint we had on hand was too old and had seized up) I doubt anyone will notice that it's a piece of plywood instead of another shingle (he could have gotten us a shingle, but it would have meant buying a large quantity of them, and we didn't want to do that).

He was great, I had a discount. He gave me an estimate Monday, came out on Tuesday and the work is finished.

Initially, I was very pleased with the work they did. They didn't complete all the work I needed done and were due to come back to finish. Unfortunately, they took my shed key. I called them and explained they needed to bring the key back and actually called them several times. I left messages to arrange a pick up for the key because I needed items out of the shed. They put the key in the mail, but it was after I had scheduled pick up for the items in the shed that I could not get to. They said they had other jobs, but it was my key and it was an inconvenience. I told them not to come back to finish the work.

The sub pump is know making a funny noise and one of bi-fold doors is not on the track correctly. Randy Green was the technician who came out and now I have tried to call but no one is answering my calls. I called Randy and he has not returned my calls.

They did a beautiful job! The man was most professional. The work was well done. It was reasonable. It was perfect all the way around. Very well done!
