+ -1 moreHe is outstanding. He’s a perfectionist. He’s very thorough in what he does. He’s very concerned with pricing; if he prices something somewhere, he’ll shop around so he can save you money.
Description of Work: I used Downin Building and Remodeling. He’s a one-man operation. He did work for me ten months ago. I had a bathroom completely remodeled. I gutted it and he put it back together. He did the shower, drywall, and he put a new window in. I’m fixing up an old house. He also has done a bedroom for me and he's going to do our kitchen.
