Everything went very well with the installation and the unit is very energy efficient.

They used quality equipment and parts, but took every shortcut possible. To make matters worse they did not stand behind their work when the unit failed. I have had to contact another Bryant dealer who was able to identify and fix all the problems. Sadly, this company does not seem to know what they are doing and they don't stand behind their work.
