Our top notch equipment includes: flood pumpers capable of removing water at a rate of 60 gallons per minute, high capacity air movers and commercial dehumidifiers able to dry out and save structures and personal belongings, high output ozone generators and thermal fogging machines designed to eliminate any type of odor, to state-of-the-art Butler truck mounted water extraction, carpet and upholstery machines which have the ability to remove water from any surface or clean spots that were unable to be cleaned before. Fire Cleanup Specialists are also on call 24 hours a day.

Initial promises not kept. Construction start day was delayed three times. They sent the plumber/electrician to tarp the roof. The roof now needs totally replaced. Things happened to make us believe company wasn't trustworthy, so we discontinued our relationship with them and hired a new contractor. You don't need a company like this, especially after something as traumatic as a fire. We feel totally taken advantage of.

They went beyond what I would have asked of them, as I had no idea about the possibility of mold and mildew. They ran the fans overnight an extra day just to be sure everything was completely clean and dry.
Description of Work: There was a large structure fire here and they were recommended by my insurance company to work on that building but my job was so small, I wasn't sure they could give me prompt service. They gave me such prompt service I wish I could just move them in my house and keep them for any thing I needed done. My refrigerator's ice maker sprung a leak, and before we discovered it, it had flooded 2 rooms in my basement, one the lower bathroom and the other a workshop with many tools (most submerged in water). They came out and spent 3 days with fans drying out the two rooms and removing the ceilings. Then 2 days just repairing ceilings, walls and floor carpeting. When they were finished, the 2 rooms looked better than any of the other rooms downstairs.
